Welcome to 'Honour a Life'
Rebecca Brady spent almost five years travelling the globe on passenger cruise liners as an ‘Assistant Cruise Director’.
Part of that role was officiating heartfelt & meaningful ceremonies for a diverse culture of people from all over the world, including Sunday Services for various denominations, Christmas & Easter Services, Vow Renewal Ceremonies, Commitment Ceremonies, Memorial services and the list goes on…
As well as becoming an authorised marriage celebrant through ‘The Academy of Celebrancy Australia’, she furthered her training, successfully completed her Funeral Celebrancy Certificate through ‘The Celebrant’s Training College’.
Rebecca is friendly, understanding and a down to earth professional with sixteen (plus) years experience performing & public speaking to large audiences, including theatre, radio and television.
Rebecca entered her field of ‘Funeral Celebrancy’ after attending funerals of her own loved ones. She realised the importance of ‘Celebrating a Life’ as authentically as possible while understanding the ability to do so was a true gift. She knew also, she had this gift.
Rebecca not only officiates the funeral, but she takes great pride in creating, with the family's help, a meaningful ceremony that captures the true essence of the person to ‘honour their life’ in the way they deserve to be honoured and in a way that their families can be proud of.
Rebecca will take great care in preparing a heartfelt Eulogy that she refer’s to as ‘The Life & Times’ and can assist you in creating all Eulogy’s & Tributes required for the service.
Rebecca’s life experience, personally & professionally speaking, serves her well in the role as ‘Funeral Celebrant’.
